The event featured various groups from within the community performing a variety of dances, exercise
routines and health systems, all to promote the health and well being of members of the local community.

DDA’s Master Wang Ming Bo and 20 of our Taiji students from Cao Yang Park came to perform the first
section of the Yang Style Taiji form, as part of the day’s event.?

The health and culture advocacy pageant was a great community event, we hope more people from the
local community will be inspired to take up some exercise in the future after enjoying today’s activities.
