DDA Taiji and children’s Taizu Quan courses restarted for the Autumn term on 9th September at our new venue. Great to see everyone again after the hot summer in Shanghai!
Classes run on Thursday evenings 7pm – 8:30pm and Saturday mornings 9:30am – 11am at: HI-51 Cultural Centre, 6th Floor, 28 Tan Jia Du Rd, Putuo District, Shanghai; nearby Cao Yang Rd.? And our children’s Tongbei-Taizu Quan classes are on Sunday mornings 9:30am – 11am also at the HI Cultural Centre.
Courses cover Yang Style Taiji form from beginners to advanced; push hands training, foundation exercises, form correction and children’s Taizu Quan form.
