Seminar topics include:
Yang Style & Wu Style 13 patterns push hands and sensitivity training, Taiji form and applications, dantian & energy cultivation, Master Dong Bin’s body opening and internal energy training exercises, Tongbei Fajing power training and drills, personalized Taiji form corrections & philosophy. Plus, Tuina health massage for skeletal conditions and energy flow.
Master Wang Ming Bo & Rose Oliver introduction:
Master Wang Ming Bo practices Yang Style, Chen Style and Wu Style Taiji Quan. Born in 1961, he is an enthusiastic, diligent and generous teacher. His Yang Style lineage is from Master Dong Bin and his Wu Style lineage from Master Wang Hao Da.
Master Wang’s specialties are helping students understand the correct combination of their physical structure, aligned with their energy and intention, plus help them coordinate the body to be able to issue energy in a soft, relaxed, effortless and powerful way. Our 2011, 2012 & 2013 tours were very well received, with participants finding his instruction fun, relaxed, clear, generous and easy to understand.
Rose has been practicing taiji for over 20 years; she is the founder of Double Dragon Alliance and teaches taiji in Shanghai, as well as organizing workshops and talks on taiji and tuina around the globe. Rose will also act as interpreter during the seminars.
