DDA’s Rose Oliver, Master Wang Ming Bo, Master Yu Huan Pei ?and DDA’s Taiji students?and friends, were invited to attend the
newly founded Laozi Institute’s opening ceremony on?Saturday 10th November.

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
?The institute, which was founded by business leaders, educators and enthusiasts of traditional
Chinese culture and dedicated to promoting the teachings of Laozi and Daoist thought, organized
an afternoon of performances, including Taiji, Guqin, Chinese flute, violin and introductions to Laozi’s
philosophy, to mark the formal opening of the institute.

?Following the ceremony, the 300-plus guests were invited to a delicious banquet dinner, supplied
with wines by Shanghai Lingxian Trading Ltd, featuring their Gold Indulgence
?brands of New Zealand wines.

The event was also supported and attended by Professor Lu Zhi De of the Austria-China
