?Master Wan Yong Nan in conjunction with the Jin Woo Federation yesterday held a ceremony to accept 5 new disciples
?The ceremony held at the xxx restaurant on Shan Xi Rd, was also an annual event organized by Master Wan for the martial arts community get together, catch up with old friends, celebrate and enjoy traditional Chinese martial arts and welcome new students into the martial arts family.
Following the traditional disciple inception ceremony, many of the masters then demonstrated different arts for the audience, including Master Wan and students, Master Zhu Yu Cheng’s New Zealand student, Master Danny Lee performing Xing-Yi, Master Xue Hong En performing 10 Animal Xin-Yi, and Master Gao Tie Niao also performing Xing-Yi, among others.
Also in attendance were Masters Yan Chen De, identical twins Shen Xing Zuo and Shen Xing You, Tian Bing Yuan, Tong Xue Dong, Huo Pei Ling, Li Bing, among others.
DDA’s Rose Oliver & Wang Ming Bo were also in attendance, catching up with many old friends.
Thank you again to Master Wan for his generosity and kindness in organizing the event and giving many in the Shanghai martial arts community another opportunity to meet and share such an enjoyable time together before the year’s end.
