The next lecture in the series of business professionals’ talks at the BCC took place on Wednesday 20th May, with Mr. Mark Herron of Caliper HR Consultancy
Co. Ltd., on developing professional skills and cultivating students’ potential.
Mark, who hails from the UK, also discussed how students can develop their expertise and then match which jobs would best be suited for those skills, by using certain types of personality tests that help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, and how best?to develop or alleviate them.
Mark, who was accompanied by Rachel Rui, previously our BCC senior intern and now working at Caliper as an intern, also introduced some of his UK family background, as well as some cultural and language differences within the UK.
