Our new weekly Taiji class will begin on Thursday 17th March 2011, from 7pm – 9pm.

Fees: 150Rmb per class or 1530Rmb for the full 12-week course.

Room 12B06 13th Floor (Floor 12B) Bohong Mansions, 495 Jiang Ning Road, Jing An District, near the junction of Kang Ding Road

Take Metro Line 7 to Chang Ping Road Station and walk about 10 minutes. ?

Master Wang Ming Bo and Rose Oliver will be the instructors for the class, which is open to beginners, as well as intermediate learners. ?
? ?

The class will focus on Yang Style Taiji Quan, covering the first third of the Yang Style form in the initial course, which will run over 12
weeks, starting on 17th March 2011 until 9th June 2011. ?

The classes will also cover Taiji theory, some basic foundation exercises, plus body opening exercises to facilitate understanding of the form, plus some two-person training to help students understand the individual movements and their meanings.?
