Mr. Han Xiao Ping’s Good Fortune Chinese Culture Association organized the first of two Taiji promotional events on Sunday 4th March at the Su He Culture Centre on the 5th floor, 101 Chang An Rd, adjacent to the Suzhou Creek. (situated in Zha Bei District, behind no.423 Guang Fu Rd.

The event was to promote the association’s Taiji classes to be held in cooperation with DDA, starting in the middle of March.

DDA’s Master Wang Ming Bo and Rose Oliver, together with their disciples introduced Taiji’s classic principles and performed Yang Chen and Wu Style Taiji, and Tai Zhu Quan (from the Tong Bei system), as well as taking the audience through some warm ups and basic foundation exercises, to give them all a taste of Taiji training.

The event finished with some two-person pushing hands demonstrations and interaction with the participants trying out some single-hand push hands drills. ?

The second promotional event will be held at 1:30pm on Sunday 11th March at the same venue.
