Rose is excited and honoured to announce she has been awarded the ‘Magnolia Award – Gold Award’ by Shanghai’s Municipal Government for her contributions to the city and its people and her continued efforts to promulgate Chinese culture and the spirit of the Chinese people to a global audience.
Rose is grateful to all her colleagues, disciples, students, friends and supporters of DDA around the world; university leaders and colleagues at Shanghai University; plus colleagues, faculty members and students from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and the British Cultural Centre for all their support, friendship and encouragement over the years.
She couldn’t have done anything without everyone’s help and unwavering support; and is honoured to have been recognized by the government of her adopted home.
