Our weekly Tai Chi class is held every Thursday evening from 7pm – 8:30pm, at Room 12B03-06, 13th Floor, Bohong Mansions no.495 Jiang Ning Rd, near the junction of Kang Ding Rd, in Jing An District.
The class is open to all from beginners to advanced and is suitable for all fitness levels.
The cost is 100Rmb per session or 380Rmb per month.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
