On 16th September artist Mr. Wu Jian Ping opened his art exhibition at the Shanghai library on Huai Hai Zhong Road.

The exhibition, which was preceded by a banquet lunch for other renowned artists and special guests, showcased Wu’s painting and calligraphy, featuring his specialty of ancient Chinese beauties.

The audience of over 200 participants were treated to a feast of colour and beauty, plus the chance to catch up with colleagues, friends and celebrities and swap art techniques with some of Shanghai’s top artists.? ?

It was a very enjoyable experience, thank you to Ms. Huang San Mei for inviting DDA’s Rose Oliver and Wang Ming Bo to the afternoon of art and culture.?
