Enjoying All Things Taiji

Rose thoroughly enjoyed hosting the recent DDA mini-camp with DDA disciple Gabe StClair and her senior student Joe Pinto, who came all the way from Durham, North Carolina to train with her.

Taiji Intensity

The long weekend workshop in Chicago from 1 – 5 December, was intense; from the cold weather to intense training of all things Taiji!

Taiji in Chi-Town

Rose worked on DDA Yang Style Taiji forms with Gabe and Joe, and on refining Qigong sets like the 5 Animal Frolics and Eight Strands of Brocade, among others, and of course looking at some Taiji and TCM philosophy.

Looking forward

It was great seeing Gabe and Joe in the Windy City this winter when we also managed to work outside in the local park despite the freezing temperatures!

Looking forward to seeing them both back in Chicago in the balmier summer temps next year!
