Teachers & Lineage
These are Wang Ming Bo and Rose Oliver’s personal teachers, some of whom have now sadly passed, but whose teachings we share at our DDA classes and workshops.
Yang Style Taiji:
Grandmaster Dong Bin
Lineage: Yang Cheng Fu (杨澄甫 ) > Dong Ying Jie (董英杰) > Dong Shi Zuo (董世祚) & Yue Huan Zhi (乐焕之) > Dong Bin (董斌) > Rose Oliver (王玫瑰) & Wang Ming Bo (王明波)
Rose has also studied under Yang Zhen Duo (杨振铎), son of famed teacher Yang Cheng Fu, among other notable Yang stylists, including Master Michael Phillips in Arizona.
Wu Style Taiji:
Grandmaster Wang Hao Da
Lineage: Wu Ying Hua (吴英华) & Ma Yue Liang (马岳梁) > Wang Hao Da (王浩大) > Rose Oliver (王玫瑰) & Wang Ming Bo (王明波)
Chen Style Taiji:
Master Tao Cheng Xiang
Master Wang Ming Bo has studied with Master Tao Cheng Xiang (陶成祥) a sports coach and martial artist attached to the famed Shanghai sports academy team, studying with a variety of renowned masters including Gu Liu Xin (顾留馨). Rose has studied with various Chen Style masters.
Emei Mountain Lanshou Quan:
Rose has studied under Grandmaster Ye Xiao Long (叶小龙) and Qin Zhong Bao (秦衷宝), students of famed teacher Fu Cai Xuan (傅采轩), as well as Tang Jun Feng (唐俊芳) among other notable Lanshou stylists.

Tongbei Quan:
Rose has studied with Master Wu Mao Gui (吴茂贵) student of famed teacher Bao Guan Yun (鲍关云).
