Want to live longer and healthier? Then maybe follow healthy eating patterns and pay attention to the time of day you partake in exercise! New studies find different times of the day can help different aspects of our health. In China, the typical time for Taiji and Qigong exercise is the mornings, as energy is generally rising in the morning (think of the sun coming up, so exercising at that time brings forth good energy).
