DDA are currently organizing a series of lectures on Natural Healing methods, with several overseas experts.
And on 4th June DDA organized the second in the series of talks, this time with Dr. Teoh HooiMeng (Teoh Hui Ming)
giving a talk on hypnosis and its general effects, treatment methods and philosophy, plus how hypnotherapy
is used to treat a variety of issues and conditions.

Dr Teoh, who hails from Malaysia and has been?a registered hypnotherapist for over 20 years, delivered an interactive talk,
dispelling some of the myths around?hypnosis, including some of the common fallacies and misconceptions, how we are
hypnotized daily without our?knowledge, what it is like to be hypnotized, some of the controversies surrounding hypnosis
and the functions of?the conscious & unconscious mind, plus the connection between the mind and body and latent memories.

During?the talk,Dr. Teoh also shared some insights from his experience as a professional hypnotherapist, including professional?
training, application, practice and client cases.The infomative and informal workshop was well attended by?
a local and international audience of participants, who had many interesting questions and comments.There was?
also plenty of time for everyone to socialize and ask personal queries, whilst enjoying a variety of snacks and delicious?
Chinese tea.
