Rose has invited Dr. Lambert to Shanghai for a series of lectures she is looking to organize by British professionals & experts in the fields of Science & Technology, for her own university students at Shanghai University and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, plus the British Cultural Centre (BCC), and then hopefully offer them to a wider field of Chinese universities. ?
This was something Rose talked about last year when she met with Chinese President Xi Jin Ping and officials from Beijing, as a step in the promotion of innovation among young academics in China.
Hope this will be the start of some really productive talks for meaningful educational programmes here in Shanghai!
