Ms. Josie Chen of OK Deal! Club again visited the BCC to deliver another great talk to our students at USST on ‘being a freshman in the workplace’.
Josie is a talented young entrepreneur, who started her own company and social networking platform for young professionals in Shanghai, OK Deal! Club; she shared her own experience and knowledge of entering the workplace, offering tips to our young university students on how to behave, handle office relationships and the types of skill sets they should hone before graduation to make them more effective in their new jobs.
The talk was very well received by the students, who typically do not have the opportunity to glean such skills before starting work; this kind of advice from professionals and young entrepreneurs is not only extremely practical, but essential for young university graduates, especially in China.?
We hope to invite more great speakers to give talks at the BCC in the future and share their wisdom with the eager participants for the BCC’s business professionals talks series.?
