The Laozi Academy recently held their annual Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Always a grand event, with activities, performances and of course a sumptuous banquet, it was great to re-join the party after the ‘covid hiatus’ and enjoy scenes of Shanghai life!
This August, it was great to catch up with our DDA disciple Gabe, when she visited Rose in Chicago for a short two-day training workshop, where Rose coached Gabe on the Yang Style Taiji form that DDA teach!
