TV debate show, “Speak Out”
Rose appearing on the lighthearted TV debate show, “Speak Out”, in 2010. The topic up for debate was related to the upcoming Shanghai Expo in 2010, and whether the Shanghai municipality should ban the wearing of “fashion pyjamas” on the streets ahead of the Expo! (A popular occurrence in Shanghai for many years prior to the Expo in Shanghai and the Beijing Olympics in 2008!) Rose is shown replying to comments from her “opponent”!
State Media Group and Xinhua News
Rose being interviewed by State Media Group and Xinhua News, in the summer of 2019, for their upcoming TV series on “Emissaries of Chinese Martial Arts”. The first programme in the TV series featured a documentary on Rose’s life and work in Shanghai, and on DDA’s contributions to the martial arts and Taiji world in Shanghai.
