Newly formed “Xin SPA” Science People Art Association, a government supported organization,??in cooperation with Shanghai’s Science and Art Research Association?and founded to help introduce and disseminate aspects of traditional Chinese culture to the community, recently invited DDA to host a lecture for their guests and members at their headquarters in Nanchang Road.

The lecture was given by DDA’s Master Wang Ming Bo and supported by Rose Oliver, and introduced some of the background philosophy, principles and characteristics of Taiji to the mixed age audience; covering the interactions and harmonies of the 5 elements, 8 trigrams?and Yin/Yang within Taiji, as well as helping the participants to understand the interplay of energy, intention and spirit, in the playing and usage of Taiji.
