DDA children’s Taizu Quan beginners’ classes are going well; the young students also looked great in their new Taiji uniforms!
The children are enjoying great workouts, as well as making new friends in class; plus diligently doing their homework, which the young students have to upload to DDA’s Taizu class WeChat platform every week for Rose to scrutinize. Everyone’s looking good!
Our regular Taiji classes are also ongoing; everybody’s making great progress and practising hard, plus learning some simple massage techniques for health maintenance too!
