DDA’s Rose Oliver Wins 3rd Prize in China Daily Newspaper’s “China’s Amazing Decade” Contest!
Although the contest was held quite a while ago, the results are now available. Rose’s article celebrated her journey organizing cultural exchange events for students at the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology’s (USST’s) British Cultural Centre in Shanghai.
It’s been quite the journey, and Rose’s twenty-three years in Shanghai has run the gamut of elation to bittersweet. Rose reveals it has been both a privilege and pleasure to be recognized and awarded for her work and is excited for all her students’ own journeys in the future!
