Broadsword Workshop
DDA disciple Gabe StClair recently ran another Three Harmonies Broadsword (San He Dao) workshop at the ‘Thundering Wave Martial Arts’ school near Charlotte, NC!
Xing-Yi Broadsword Form
Gabe said while the turnout was small, the participants were excellent and thoroughly engaged, and very quick to pick up the choreography and spirit of this fabulous Xing-Yi broadsword form and its two-person duelling set!

The participants managed to get the first section of the broadsword duet down with ease!
This broadsword form taught to DDA by the late Grandmaster Yan Cheng De and Master Wu Mao Gui is a fabulous form, with its roots firmly in the Xing-Yi martial traditions.

KuoShu Tournament 2023
Previously a contestant, Gabe was invited to be a judge this year at the 34th KuoShu Tournament held in Maryland over the weekend of 28 to 30 July. Congratulations to Gabe on her evolution to judging, a well-deserved tribute to her hard work and years of practice!
