Magic Tortoise and Black Bamboo Pavilion recently hosted their annual Chinese New Year party in Durham, NC on 11 February.
Enjoying All Things Wushu
This year’s ‘pot luck’ event again featured wonderful demonstrations and performances by both schools’ students and friends; including three of DDA disciple and Magic Tortoise senior student Gabe StClair’s students, who performed a short demo of our DDA Taiji form, each demonstrating a different section of the form!
Wushu Friendship
Hope everyone who joined the party had a fabulous time, sharing another great event with these wonderful schools and “Taiji Friends” in Durham!
