Spring Festival, Winter Olympics and New Year of the Tiger!
While China gets ready for the Spring Festival holidays, a huge event in the Chinese social and business calendar by any standards, this year also combines the most important date in the year with the start of the Winter Olympics.
So what will this mean for the many expats hoping and waiting to return to China after a year/ two year hiatus due to the pandemic?
Will there finally be a loosening of the travel restrictions once the Olympics has passed?
Here’s hoping for a successful Olympics, a wonderful Chinese New Year for everyone and a return to normalcy on the horizon for everyone China-bound and China-oriented!
