Double Dragon Alliance in cooperation with The Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala Yoga Centre in Shanghai,
are organizing a “vintage” clothes rummage sale and clothes swap.
Often, us ladies have clothes by the tonne, acquired during many a shopping spree, some of which then
lay dormant in our closets, unworn, untouched and taking up much-needed space!

On 10th May, we are organizing a fun, get-together to give participants a way to discard their “vintage”
clothes, find new additions for their wardrobes, plus have a chance to socialize and meet new friends.
Address: Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala, Room 309, Bldg no. 10, Lane 546 Yuyuan Rd, Shanghai, around
15 minutes walk from Jing An Temple lines 2 & 7 and 5 minutes walk from Jiang Su Rd lines 2 & 11 metro
stations.
Date & Time: Friday May 10th 2013, 5pm – 9pm.
Free Entry & Snacks!
Participants should bring a minimum of 3 garments, shoes or accessories each, for swap or donation.
Clothing and shoes etc, should be clean and in good condition, or new and unworn.
Guests will be given a voucher for the number of items they donate to the event, which they can then
use to swap for the equivalent amount of items of their choice.
If they wish to obtain more, then a monetary donation of 30rmb can be made.?
Any unwanted clothes left over at the end will either be passed onto charity or saved for the next event
and any money raised will also go to charity, eg. Stepping Stones’ “Children of Migrant Workers’ Education
Programme” and/or for the Si Chuan Earthquake Relief Fund.
