??“Chinese Culture and Martial Arts Training Camp”
23rd November – 1st December 2013? ?

Double Dragon Alliance welcomes you to take part in our sixth “Shanghai Camp”; visit some of the area’s most scenic spots, study with high-level martial arts masters and experts in Chinese arts and culture, make new friends and experience traditional Chinese culture and hospitality firsthand.

This year, the 9-day workshop will be held in Shanghai and Nanxun, a beautiful, scenic area and one of China’s famed water towns.?

Our event will give participants a chance to sample traditional Chinese food and culture, including, Calligraphy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tuina massage, as well as train with some of Shanghai’s finest martial artists and health practitioners.

Classes will include Yang Style, Chen Style, Wu Style, Taiji Quan, Qigong, Tong Bei Quan, Push Hands and San Shou, among others.

The emphasis will again be on internal training, deepening practitioners’ knowledge, working on how to “use” the form and on enhancing one’s health and longevity, rather than on learning new forms.?

There will also be classes and introductions to traditional Chinese health therapies, such as Tuina (acupressure massage), calligraphy and Chinese painting.?

Early booking is recommended, as there is a maximum of 40 participants at this year’s camp.
